Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)


1. How do we ensure the quality of the apparels?
BSG will do a strict check on all apparels & items before mailing them out, to ensure that they are in good condition. This also creates a long-term credibility, thus trusting relationship, between BSG and her berry sweet customers.

2. What is the postage fee like?
accessories - S$0.50 and onwards
1-2 apparels - S$1.50
3-4 apparels - S$2.00
>4 apparels - S$3.00 and onwards


Note : Rates above are an estimation. Postage fee varies with the weight of each apparel

3. What is Registered Mail?
Registered mail packages will be delivered right to the doorstep, and comes with a tracking number. In cases where no one is around to collect the package, you may arrange for a re-delivery.

4. How often does BSG update its products?
New arrivals will be updated about once a fortnight (i.e. once every 2 weeks).

5. How can we be informed of the BSG promotions?
To receive first-hand updates and promotions, you may wish to subscribe to our mailing list available in our homepage.

6. Does BSG accept international orders?
Yes. For international orders, buyer will have to bear the postage fee and PayPal charges.
Payment will have to be made through credit card via PayPal.
Note : buyers do not need to have a PayPal account in order to make the payment

7. Do BSG do meet-ups?
We regret to inform that BSG do not do meet-ups. BSG is solely an online business.
